Managing Subscriptions

All subscription management is available from the Billing section of your dashboard.

Viewing Your Subscription

The billing page shows:

• Current plan and billing cycle
• Next billing date and amount
• Payment method on file
• Subscription status (active, trialing, past due, cancelled)

Updating Payment Method

Click Update Payment Method on the billing page. You’ll be redirected to LemonSqueezy’s secure portal to update your card or payment details.

Cancelling

1. Go to Billing
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You keep access to all features until that date
• No further charges will be made
• Your data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then deleted

Reactivating

If you cancelled but your billing period hasn’t ended yet, you can reactivate from the billing page. If your subscription has expired, you’ll need to start a new subscription.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each payment. Download them from the Billing page.

Discounts

If you have a discount code, apply it during checkout. Active discounts are shown on your billing page.
